Shipping

All orders placed before 3PM Monday to Friday will be sent out the same day.

Any orders placed Saturday to Sunday will be processed and dispatched Monday Morning. All Guaranteed next day orders that are placed over the weekend will be processed Monday due to no Postal services available.

In the case of an international order place, (territories outside the United Kingdom), Choppa Vapes LTD relinquishes all responsibility for a package once our domestic courier has passed the responsibility of the parcel to the receiving countries local postal system. This includes but is not limited to situations upon which; the package becomes stuck in customs, the package is delayed due to the receiving countries local postal system or the receiver does not accept the delivery.

If the parcel is returned and received back to our shipping office then we will aim to liaise with the customer to issue a refund for the returned items excluding any incurred shipping costs.
