Delivery Delays

Royal Mail and DPD are doing everything they can this holiday season to ensure that people can send their gifts in time for Christmas. But with the recent strikes and weather alongside unprecedented demand, it looks like things might be delayed a bit longer than expected.

Black Friday, Christmas

Unfortunately due to the unprecedented demand during this festive season, the delivery depots are reaching their capacity, as such, we must ask customers to expect delays.

Royal Mail has published its industrial strike action days which have heavily impacted services across the UK in protest against low pay and conditions.

Post in good time for Christmas and New Year.

We advise our customers that they should post in good time for Christmas and New Year. Couriers are working hard to handle the extra demand, but there will be delays in deliveries as we get closer to peak periods so please plan ahead. The last postage dates for standard delivery are Monday 19th December for Royal Mail and Thursday 22nd December for DPD.

Mailing early is one of the best ways you can help us get your parcels delivered in time for Christmas!

Weather conditions, flooding

Heavy snowfall or ice and frost can cause delays in deliveries. If you have a delivery that is delayed by weather conditions, please contact us.

We will provide status updates for your order through the [Track Your Order] section of your order email.

Deliveries will still be flying out from Choppa HQ!

We are doing everything we can to get your orders shipped out on time, and under your trees for Christmas, and will continue to follow up with couriers.

You may have seen on the DPD website that they expect some slight delays this week because of their couriers being so busy.

If you don’t want to risk the couriers and still need that something special for the vaper in your life, then look no further than a Choppa Vapes E-Gift Card hand-delivered to your inbox within seconds of ordering!

Conclusion

We hope the information above will help you plan your holiday shipping.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these challenges.
